At Fangamer Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange most products in new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an RMA authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our warehouse in the Netherlands, then drop it off at your local carrier.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
